The Movement for the promotion of youth’s rights and HIV/AIDS awareness (MPYRAA) initiates and supports programs to reduce poverty and dramatically improve the quality of life in distressed rural and urban communities. We recognize that the challenges are complex and must be addressed in an holistic and integrated manner on several levels including: response to immediate human needs; capacity building for local based economies; reform of institutions of governance; innovative approaches to land tenure and public finance policy to ensure both fairness and efficiency in the production and exchange of wealth; build better partnerships that can come together to develop a strategic plan for a culture of peace.
